Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Did this nursing home answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered
