We were very satisfied with the selling of our home. They were there at any time to answer questions or concerns. They were personal and professional. We were also pleased that they sold out home for $5000 more than we listed it for! It was a great experience and we would recommend anyone to sell with this group!

Let me start by saying the Canovo group might as well be called the dream team! They were very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the process: staging, looking for a house, buying a house. Awesome with making sure deadlines were met.They were also available and willing to answer any questions however silly the question seemed. I would highly recommend the team for any real estate needs ....it wasn't just about selling a home for them. They are dedicated to making home ownership dreams come true!!!

Very pleased with the people I worked with on both the selling and buying sides of the process. They were available to answer questions and look at houses almost any time that we needed. The electronic signature system they use is VERY convenient. They helped us find a house that fit our needs and sold our house for more than our original asking price. Kudos all around.

We loved working with the Canovo Group! From the beginning we could tell that they knew what they were doing. The priced our home perfectly! We had at least 10 showing requests the first weekend and got an offer on Day 1. We were floored and so excited. From there on the process went smoothly and we were always well informed. They helped with extra things like renting back the property and other communications with the buyer. We loved working with their team and know you will too!

My experience with David, Dane, and Joshua was outstanding. From the first phone call to closing, every interaction was very professional. They were extremely consistent and prompt in answering my numerous questions and made what can be an overwhelming task, simple and straightforward. I can't say enough positive things about the Canovo Group and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property. No one in their organization failed to go above and beyond to assist me.

The Canovo Group is very knowledgeable, organized and professional. They knew exactly what my home was worth and it was sold above the listed price. The Canovo Group was always returning calls or responding to emails in a timely manner. They are friendly and well mannered. They sold my Daughter and Son in Law's home last year in the same professional manner and I overheard my son in law saying that he would recommend the Canono Group any chance he gets and so will I. We had a wonderful experience working with the Canovo Group. They helped us at all stages of selling our house. We worked with them to target comparables in our area. They guided us through prepping and staging our home. Their photographer provided beautiful photos of our home and they published all of the listings for us. We worked closely together during the time the house was on the market to track interest in the home. The Canovo group helped us out every step of the way.
