Poor customer service, rude and called my mother a liar essentially on the phone! Moved her refrigerator and refused to move it back off the carpet until 4 days later. RUDE!!!! Customers are always right, not here!!
We purchased all our new appliances at Canham in 2010 because of service and fair prices. Our washer needed repaired and they were several days out , so I removed the drain pump myself and went to Canham maytag for the new part. Paid $140. For the pump. I decided to google the part number since it was on the new box. $28 with free shipping! I realize they need to make a profit, but this seems excessive. Never buy a maytag again!

Thank you for the excellent last minute service. My husband came home on a Friday night to find our refrigerator had stopped working. After having a service tech come to our house at 4:45, the problem was quickly diagnosed and we needed a new fridge ASAP. Canham Maytag was willing to stay open for us to come look for a new one. We found a fridge that was perfect for us and the staff was amazing, patient, and very helpful! Thank you Canham Maytag for going the extra mile!
