"Believe in Something Better..." they said. So I did and I got a Banshee spitfire with a DBinline. After 10 months it lost all the air and I couldn't pump it up. Due a service they said so I paid for a service. 3 months later it loses 25% air doing small drops, another month and it loses air just riding along. I mailed Cane Creek twice to ask about reliability and whether there is anything I could do to improve it beyond having to pay over £100 to get it serviced every few months. Shocking service,sent numerous emails regarding a recall on the DB inline and they don't bother responding,time to sell and buy from a company that have their customers interest at heart.
Andrew in customer service was great! I appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me with my headset questions. Its not often you can get a person on the phone so willing to help. A+ customer service in my book!

MY DAMPER CANE CREEK INLINE HAS BEEN BROKEN A DAY, HOW WAS WAITING TO EXPECT THE NUMBER OF PROBLEMS THAT HAVE THE REST OF THE SHOCK ABSORBERS OF THIS BRAND. I have sent a post a few days ago and I have not received an answer
2ND cane creek inline in a year plus a service and never has held air for more than a ride. Cane creek were amazing to start off with but now haven't replied to any emails in 6months and I'm not the only one getting no responses from emails.
Cane Creek DB inline broke two times in year, luckily there is still warranty left. But how it takes over a month to make warranty service to your shocks? Öhlins takes under one week! Unbelievable bad customer service....try to quest what is NOT my next rear shock!
