My Double Barrel Air CS FAILS every eleven months. They tell me it's close to the service date. I get it serviced every eleven months because it fails. I spend most of my summers on my downhill bike. They're shock has left me walking to many times. They appear to have no interest in even trying to work with me to figure out why. They just want my money for the service. Something changes I'll correct this but not holding my breath.
I sent my shock in on July 18th under warranty, I still have not received it or a replacement. I have call every week and I get the same story. That it is going to be shipped tomorrow. It would be nice to ride my bike before summers over!
Mounted the angle set on my gambler and couldn't figure out what the new klonk-sound on my fork was... -> trash for 140 euros... As i had mounted it for at least one lap i can't even send it back.
I have the inline and its garbage. I will be sending it back this week for the 3rd time in under a year. I will never recommend or buy another cane creek product. I paid good hard earned cash for a false product. You can have a new quality control management but that does nothing for the riders that purchased the crap you pushed in the last few years.
