I am having real problems with my DB Air shock sent it back three time to service centre in U.K. last year and four months later it's failed again sticking down in travel . It appears a common problem in your reviews and other forums even the service centre in U.K. have a few to go back under warranty I am now considering buying another manufacturers shock as you have not replied to my email and no comments seem to appear on your reviews page it's cost me £150 already including a new inner can and now I have been told it nee... read more

Awesome customer service! Just got off the phone with one of the guys in the suspension department and couldn't be more stoked with the help about shock fittings and hardware questions.
First off, your customer service piss poor! It's pathetic - after numerous emails I still haven't received feedback from CC. I was interested in "upgrading" my DB Inline to the new DB AIR [IL] according to your media reports. You ought to recall that piece of unreliable shit you sold, and replace it. Stick with ABC (Anything But Canecreek)!
