This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in mynlife. An invasion of defective products that they keep selling risking to hurt people or worst like in my case almost killing me. They offer phone assistance and later they don't stand by their statements.

Just saying thanks for completing my pink F10. I bet I am the first one in Australia with El Rosado. Have been using other brakes and EE can be the one so far. Very reliable with super braking power. Highly recommended to any riders.
Did not respond to an email sent over 1 month ago (2018-19-9) to products@canecreek.com until today. Answering product questions does not concern the product department nor the company as a whole apparently. 🙄😦
