The last few times I have made a doctors appointment with Ting the office told me that she was booked up and that I could see her nurse practitioner Mr. David Arnette. The few times ive seen him I was in and out and he was great. I havent even been able to see Dr. Ting for two years and I feel like that is not my fault. The wait times to see her are an hour or more, which is ridiculous! I have no choice but to change my doctor.
my husband has back issues. he has been shot twice has artheritis in his knee and previously broken ankle. he has been on percacet for 5 years he works 6 days a week 14 hours a day. she didnt want to give him any but gave him she said 2 weeks worth til pain management contacted him. we never heard from the pain mangmnt so he called her back after getting the run around for several days she lied amd said she gave him a minths worth. she is a liar and horrible dr id never recomend her EVER!!!!
Dr. Ting has been my primary care provider for many years. I have had many different primary care providers but none that are as professional, dependable, and truly caring as Dr. Candy Ting.
So disappointed in how this office has gone downhill. As a long time patient of doctor Ting I have been holding off on switching to a different primary. The staff turnover is high. At this time they have no referral worker so if you need an outside procedure (ultra sound, CT scan, MRI, etc) you are stuck in limbo. The issues that I need these procedures for are getting worse. The doc asst told me I could go to go to the ER. I have a primary so I don't have to go to the emergency room!
Long time patient, now disappointed. Dr. Ting used to act like she cared about taking care of my needs, but now she seems annoyed, untrusting and inpatient. She's blamed her staff for the long wait times, but I'm starting to wonder after giving the benefit of the doubt several times. Getting prescription refills has been a hassle ever since she moved into her own clinic. I'm always having to call to find out why the pharmacy hasn't received the refill
I love Dr Ting. I trust her with my life. She truly cares about each and every individual.
Waited an hour and a half to get back there, then when I did I found her very brisk and hurried. I also thought she was not paying attention at all,and the lab results take a ridiculously long time. Changing Dr's ASAP.
Dr. Ting is very responsive to her patient. She listens to your concerns and acts promptly when issues arise. I have been a patient of hers for close to 20 years. I trust her to help me make the appropriate medical decision for both myself as well as my family (who are also patients of Dr. Ting).
