Dr Ting and her staff. Are always pleasant and greet you with smile. Dr Ting always listen to your concern about your health and issues. She goes above and beyond to help you. I refer her to everyone and people who haven't been in to the doctor in months. Also Eric Arnett NP. He is very good as well. I just want to say this Utica Park Clinic location is awesome.
Dr Ting needs 5 star rating. Her office staff is good...I love the lady that draws blood she is really good
Dr. Ting is a very thorough physician. She has a wonderful bedside manner and always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. She is very knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a doctor who knows their stuff and has a heart of gold.
I have been Dr Ting's loyal patient since 1998 when I had a life-threatening mass in my chest that multiple doctors had ignored because it didn't show up on standard tests. She takes the time to listen and treat the whole person. I HATE that she is micromanaged by Utica Park which requires she see too many patients per day but I gladlywait because I know she is giving each patient her attention.
It is sad when you have been with a Dr. For so long and suddenly lose trust in her and her staff. I don't think she cares anymore. I have put off seeing another Dr hoping things would improve. All the money I have spent with no results. It's been over a year with the same issues and still no answers. She's not listening and she's not taking me seriously. Now because of my frustration my depression is worse then ever.

Dr. Ting had everything I was looking for in a doc on paper 3 yrs ago. I had to wait 2-3 months to est. her as my doc. Got there, waited in the lobby for an hour. Waited over 2 hours for her in the room. The appt. went well and she was nice. It was a fast visit. She forgot to call me with my results. Then she moved to 41st/Harvard (ugh). I have not been able to book with her in 2 years since she is either out or booked for WEEKS! But NP David Arnett is great! I need to find a new primary doc.
Dr. Ting is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She listens closely and treats the whole person rather than just focusing on a single issue. I recommend Dr. Ting to family and friends frequently and trust her treatment options for me and for those in my life.
I was told Dr. Ting was thorough which wasn’t true. I had a 1:40 appointment. I got to see Dr. Ting at 4:25 which was 2 hours and 45 minutes late. When I asked Dr. Ting she said I would have 20 minutes. Not worth the long wait, not enough time to be thorough so my recommendation after a wasted afternoon is FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.
