I lived at Sonesta Simply Suites for seven months and spent well over $15,000 during my stay, so this review comes from the perspective of a long-term resident rather than a short-term guest. Great rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Located close to shopping, food, and the gym. Full size fridge and kitchenette in the rooms very clean, silverware and appliances can be borrowed from front desk.

This place is not what I expected in this nice area of HWY 280!! It is dirty upon entrance the entire location smells!! There was a woman with a 350 bull mastiff out front on the curb clearly doing drugs in front of the hotel. Then she proceeded with her dog inside the hotel. The lobby was not big enough for her to get through with out other guest moving in fear. The room is old and dirty the carpet is disgusting. This is definitely giving motel vibes.
