The staff talking by the treating chair next to me is very annoying and unprofessional. Laughing, talking loud, etc. I found this to be the same at all 3 of my visits. Sometimes they are talking to other staff and this time it was a conversation with another patient. There is not enough privacy between patient treating stations which is a major HIPAA violation. The care is excellent but this does not out way my other concern.

I'm a dental phobia convert! I've always dreaded going to the dentist, but I'm completely over that dread..Candlewood Dental is the gold standard of how an office should be run and the staff and Dr. Burio are top notch.
The woman who made the cap is very good at her job. Very professional, She explained everything she was doing and answered all of my questions. Dr Burrio is always great. She also answered all my questions. You guys have a great dental practice. glad I found you. thanks.

I love Candelwood Dental! Every person there makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk through the door. Not even once have I had to wait over my scheduled time. Everyone smiles at you, and constantly checks in with you to make sure you are comfortable. Lisa and Cheryl are always helping me choose the best financial option so I am not overwhelmed by payments. Been going to Dr. Burio for several years with my entire family. I've used many dentists in the past and have found Dr. Burio and her staff to be much more professional with a higher level of care over other dental practices in Fairfield County.
More child friendly hygienist.
