I really like that I was asked to floss and given suggestions on improvement. I also like the GUM plaque brushes...

Eleanor, we appreciate your feedback! We don't want to offended patients by asking them to floss, but if they are taking the time to do it we want to be sure they are using the correct technique to get the most from flossing.
The whole team in the office is friendly, thoughtful and very helpful with any questions I might have. My hygienist was very gentle and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be in a dental chair! Don't think I will ever be able to relax it's just the way I am. You ladies are always very kind to all.
When we got in the car, Patrick said "I love the dentist! It was so much fun! When can I go again?"
