I can't remember our hygienist's name but it was my 6 year old sons first time there and she was amazing! She made him feel very comfortable and he had a blast during the whole process! She included him and explained what was happening every step of the way. He even asked to go back the next day!! I also love the text reminders:)

1. Regarding $, I don't quite understand the impact of being out of network. I need to work on this. Would you recommend someone other than UHC (Golden Rule)in which I would be "in-network." Or are you entirely out-of-network?? 2. I really liked all the people I met and was entirely comfortable with everyone!! 3. My understanding is that you will submit estimate request to UHC re: good old number 31 so I can get a sense of my out-of-pocket exposure. Kindest regards to all!! Paul Kent

Every time I come in, Casey destroys my mouth (because I never take good enough care myself) :)~, but she and the rest of the staff always have me smiling again by the time I leave! You guys are the best thing for me, Go Crusaders!!!

id like to have country music in the back ground. Also the staff was very understanding of my medical history and all were kind and helpful.
