Honest advice first of all... DO NOT MIVE THERE. If you can stand the mold and infested place of cockroaches and broken ACs, holes in the floor and dirty apartments with high bills you will NOT stand this terrible property manager Sharon who causes 30 tenants leave cuz of how rude and terrible she is. She will just bother you all the time with inspection and comments and threats to charge you whatever foe anything.
