The fresh vegan cuisine is changed seasonally in order to provide fresh meals. My favorites include the buffalo cauliflower appetizer and the quesadilla! All the fresh greens available are so wholesome and I love the ginger carrot dressing. The Mac and ‘cheese’ is a perfect compliment and so comforting!!! All of this with the young coconut water is too much to resist. We’ll be back to try the fresh green juices...
