The tamales mole were superb! I have not been able to enjoy tamales mole since I gave up eating meat. What a wonderful surprise to find a vegan/vegetarian restaurant that makes them. There was no need to add seitan on top of them. They were perfect as is. I hope this will be a permanent addition on the menu in the future. The Sangria was the best I have ever had. I also loved the icing on the tres leche cake.
