I can't get thru to a human being to have a simple question answered. I don't need to listen to a long explanation of how wonderful you are I just need to ask someone to get some medical records from another facility for your Dr T to see.
No one is bothering to answer the phone..so unprofessional and totally unacceptable!

This is a horrible run practice. They file claims against your insurance for services not performed. They perform expensive tests they do not disclose the cost of prior. They do not post payments you make.
