I love living here. Have had no problems with staff, they've always nice and friendly. Great area to live in.

Worst front office staff in the history of apartments. They actually yell at residents and live on some crazed power trip..Nice till you sign then watch out.
Worst apartment complex in Columbia, SC. Uncaring staff that don't deal with continuously belligerent neighbors, all while paying a premium for a subpar property. It would get 0 stars if it could. Avoid at all costs, even though your costs elsewhere will be less.
