RecommendedI can’t begin to express how much this neighborhood means to me. Canalside isn’t just an apartment complex- it is a community of friendly, sociable, and caring people! The staff have always been attentive/responsive the entire 5 years I spent there. The community is gorgeous and feels like a resort. The amenities are fantastic and well maintained. I LOVE CANALSIDE! They’re super quick about any fixes and will even change my dead lightbulbs!! I especially love the community events every month hosted by Abby and Corey Hall!!! It’s a great way to meet new people especially when moving to a completely new city knowing no one!!! Thanks Canalside!!

It’s so funny reading a couple of these negative reviews. This is one of the most accommodating, efficient, pleasant apartment experiences I’ve had - here at Canalside. A little advice - change your attitude change your life. It just might be you.... ✌🏼
The apartment life team at canal side is top notch! I love attending the events each month, they are so creative and fun! They certainly make apartment living at canalside the best in Coumbia!
Great time since moving in! Staff is great and facilities are very clean. Certainly a great place to live!
This has been the worst experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. The staff is rude and aren’t concerned with your needs. Construction starts well before 7 am all week and through the weekend as well. We’ve had nails in our tires, trash all over the grounds, and just very poor quality apartments for the price you pay. I would not recommend these apartments at all.
