I am annoyed that the follow up meeting got rescheduled in an email that said “your upcoming clinic appointment” and not “Your appointment time has changed” and then when I missed it tried to charge me a missed appointment fee. My initial appointment had been ok.

Good Day, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the occurrence from today with regards to my appointment. I was online from 12:35 using Doxy-me as required for my appointment scheduled for 12:45 (10 Min Prior). I observed that the Medical Professional was being displayed as available. I was given the notification that Medical Professional assigned to me would “start the video call in a moment” . I am a retired health care professional with back and leg pain from o/a. Eager to get good advice on cbd oil for back and leg pain. Waited 3 hours to get seen by a nurse practitioner and then an educator. Except for the wait the info wasn't bad. I was hooked up with a supplier in Ontario. Prices very inflated and supply only lasts a couple of weeks. Limited to 3 products to order from. Called Canabo help line with some questions...never got a return phone call. Terrible policies, inaccessible to people of low income. Require you to pay to have a drug screening before each visit even the initial consult. I refused and left even though I only had a all amount of cannabis in my system. I'm not paying before I decide if I am going to use their service.
