Campus View Lived in a 3 bed 1.5 bath for almost 2 years with a full family, and great environment for a family! Staff and owners are beyond great, ensuring maintenance is taken care of promptly. They are very understanding and cooperative. Also perfect location to WVU stadium, grocery stores and gym! We were so sad to have to leave!
Loved it We had wonderful experience living in our 2bed 1.5 bath. The staff was super helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. Backyard was regularly maintained. Overall, great experience!!!

Nice apartment but no chance to sleep I entered my apartment about a month ago and I haven’t slept one night. I have a neighbor above me with a dog that starts barking at 1 or 2 AM. Every night they open the balcony for the dog and s/he will be running out barking so loudly at people at very late night. It freaks me out and prevents from sleeping almost every night. Highly recommend living here Spacious and clean apartments. If anything breaks or needs fixed they are there that day or the next to fix it. I have been with campus view for a very long time now and I have to say they are the best landlords in town. I definitely recommend going with them.
Love Campus View Apartments I have lived in one of their 2 bed/2 bath apartments for almost a year and absolutely love it. The area is nice, the owners and staff are great, rent is reasonable and you get a lot of space for what you pay for. I highly recommend. Great for young professionals (grad students, etc).
Great property This apartment was very clean, easily accessible to many restaurants, grocery stores and WVU. The rental process was easy and the staff were extremely helpful with everything. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
This property is great!! I have had a wonderful experience living at my Campus View apartment. The rental process was easy, the girls in the office answered every question and made suggestions on what would work best for my needs. My apartment was clean and I feel very safe. The properties are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. I feel a real since of community, everyone is very friendly.
I’ve had a great experience! I don’t understand the poor reviews. I’ve lived in a small 1 bedroom for a year and they have always been very helpful in the office and maintenance wise and it’s both quiet and clean here! Due to this I’m moving to a larger one soon and staying with them. It is hard to find rental companies you can trust in Morgantown and I finally found one that you can. As a Morgantown native who has rented all over town and also in different parts of the country I recommend them and I’m picky!
