Poor Management period. You have to pay for water through a management company which is 2 to 3 times overpriced. When we moved out there was a small burn on the carpert. Charged us full price. No depreciation allowed. This is no way to run a business and I sure won't be referring no one else to the place! Unresponsive to most emergency calls for loud neighbors. I recommend that you do not rent here!
