We have SO much to offer! The apartments are professionally decorated with astonishing furniture schemes. We are directly centered near local commercial centers and casual dining facilities and even provide a boardwalk to them. Everyone has their own bathroom. Utilities are inclusive. RecommendedThere isn’t a lot of noise outside to distract me or disrupt my sleep. It’s a cool community. It’s also a walk or fast bus ride away from campus which is great for students who do not yet have a car.
Property Manager attitude is very nasty assume I was doing something that I didn’t do had just got off work and shower and was going head back out instead got put out my ex roommates had fellas over as well I did but it was a problem for my company to come over. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!! WORST PLACE EVER SINCE I MOVE UP HERE

I recommend. The apt complex seems to ensure residents have a good experience while living on the property. It’s been good so far. I’ve had to submit maintenance request a couple of times regarding mold/ mildew on ceiling over the tube. Maintenance response was timely to address the issue.
Soooo Ghetto ! Worse apartments ever. Bad Spiders and terrible office staff except for the assistant manager. DO NOT move here. Staff is always rude on the phone for no reason. Neisha definitely was unprofessional and combative on the phone. I called to verify if maintenance was inside my unit because no one announced themselves and I heard men voices in an all girl unit. A simple yes or no would’ve sufficed.I’d give -1 stars if I could :)

I should’ve listened to the reviews. But this is the WORST place I’ve ever lived. I’m not picky, but this college apartment is just not it. For example, our dryer has been broken for almost 2 months, and my roommates and I have been forced to go to the laundromats in the MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. I’ve literally been begging them to fix our dryer out of fear of potentially getting sick because I have to either hang my clothes up or go to out in the public to dry them.
