We have SO much to offer! The apartments are professionally decorated with astonishing furniture schemes. We are directly centered near local commercial centers and casual dining facilities and even provide a boardwalk to them. Everyone has their own bathroom. Utilities are inclusive. Personally wouldn't recommend. I subleased here and even with a discount it felt overpriced as compared to other places. My building was in the back of the complex and seemed to be never cleaned and forgotten. I will say the staff is friendly and maintenance was quick but not worth it for the price.
Merilyn gave us our tour and she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She was professional and friendly.

Well my cousin Kelsey attends their to MTSU and I’m just supporting her and plus she’s such a cool, nice and loving and a bright young woman and as her cousin I’m so proud of her in what all that she’s has done with herself
MTSU is a wonderful school my son wants to attend there when he graduates high school and my cousin Kellsey Smith goes there she’s a wonderful person and I support everything she does she’s a amazing person fun to be around she honest and caring...
