They did a poor install of our roof. Tried to blame the gutters but the shingles are warping at the point where two peaks meet. Installers did a shoddy job. We didnt have a problem like this (water overflowing) with our previous roof. Im outraged at the finger pointing. They claim a lifetime guarantee on installation and materials. What a joke!
Campo Roof is THE BEST! I had major roof and structural damage in August when the tornado struck. Not only were they absolutely wonderful to work with, scheduling, etc, but they have fought for me every step of the way with my insurance company. They were able to get more repairs covered than originally planned. My salesman,*****************, was amazing, his dedication to our neighborhood was outstanding, 16 families in the neighborhood were made whole thanks to Campo Roof.
We called Campo roof at the end of April to get an estimate on replacing our roof. A gentleman named ***** came out, took pictures of the roof and left us a folder with all the information about his company. He said he would get us an estimate in 3-4 days, After a week and a half we called and left a message for him about the estimate we never got. Have a brand new home built by Ryan homes, 3 years old, roofing done by Campo. By chance had some one on the roof who noted several areas where nails were popping and shingles were coming up. Contacted Campo and told that it will be on us to have the repairs done. For a mere 400$. Work only warrantied for 1 year. This is totally unacceptable. What kind of shoddy work only lasts one year? I would look elsewhere for a company that takes pride in their work and stands by it.

We selected Campo Roofing based upon their reputation and competitive cost. The salesman patiently explained their approach and how it would meet our expectations. They even addressed a couple of minor details as we discussed the project the day before the installation was scheduled.
