Been here 5 months, Had some issues at first, low water pressure & temp but had steadily improved. We're on 12th floor end unit, nice views of the river.
*4/23/23 EDIT* It’s been over six months since the hurricane and we STILL don’t have AC! And they increased our rent!!!! ***** The people who own and run this place are only concerned about lining their pockets, even if it’s at the expense of the well being of the tenants. They take zero responsibility for what is going on and blame the tenants for pre-existing problems. Building is not to code, most of the elevators are down. Beat place to live ever! View is amazing and close to downtown
Was told all utilities were included 4 days later they changed the contract now they want to charge us .if I could move out I would . Very disappointed.
