Jessica in the service department was top notch. We unfortunately needed a new roof on our camper, and after many calls we got ahold of Jessica here at camping world. She was able to quickly provide a quote over the phone (which our final invoice was $200 less than her high end of the quote.) We dropped the camper off on Tuesday evening, and had a text on Friday morning that it was ready. What a joke. Run far away.
I find that Camping World gets a bad wrap in RV circles and I've never understood why. We've never had an issue with ours. I tell people we must have one of the good ones. We bought our first RV here, but it's the service department that has always stolen the show in my view. We traded a first camper for a larger unit a few years ago - a brand that CW doesn't sell - so we went to a dealer about 90 miles away. Also a good dealer.
