I would give them a negative star rating, if I could. Hands down the WORST experience. We drove 5 hours to pick up an ** that we put $ on so they would hold it. When we got there, they asked us to come back so they could fix it. No, we cant, we just drove 5 hours to get here. It took hours for them to fix most things, but the toilet was still broken. Do not go here and purchase anything. Stay far away. Poorest customer service in the **********************. Never want to fix broken items under warranty. HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALLBACK IN THE 2 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM Have gotten the manufacturer involved and Camping World isn't retuning their phone calls either.
STAY AWAY, far away from his place! Worst case experience ever! We drove up there for a C-Class **. We test drove and loved it. They immediately asked for a $1000 deposit to take off market and while they get us financed. Sounded normal and I wanted to purchase the ** so I gave them the $1000. That was a Saturday. After seeing all the great "reviews" (are they fake? bots?) I decided to make a two hour trip to Camping World to have my coach looked at. It turned out to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made... After bringing my coach in for a dining room slide out that was stuck shut, they blew my hydraulic motor pump during their horrendously poor mechanical testing. I bought my camper because I am a COVID nurse, and wanted to live without risking bringing the virus home to any roommates or family members. Have been living in it since December of 2020. I am getting back to nursing next week due to the surge caused by the Delta variant with no place to live. Employee Failed to file the legal contracts regarding a major purchase we made at the ****** **. Office. This resulted in no roadside assistance or Extended Travel Service Plan coverage during a major trip. We were left stranded 3k miles from home. The manufacturing defect to the camper was SEVER DAMAGE resulting in the camper falling apart and losing pieces while driving down the freeway. They are dishonest. Told us multiple times the used camper we bought would be checked out and in good working order when we took possession. They told us they went over it top to bottom and it was like a new unit. It's a 2019. First thing they put the wrong address on our paperwork, then said I gave it to them. So yesterday we went to Columbia at 9:30am to pick up our brand new trailer that we had just purchased! They had to put and extra sway bar on our truck and our appointment was at 10am. We had an open trailer packed and my car packed to the brim since we were moving to KC after picking up the trailer. This organization is horrorific customer service and repair service. Despite the fact that the service repair department that fails to complete repairs, even tried to damange my unit to get repairs paid instead under warrenty, and biligrent to customers. Even scheduling for service repairs is sneaky to select a date that is outside the warrenty even though the phone call was before and they could not get to the unit for weeks.
