We were sold a new trailer with a cracked roof; they said to sign the paperwork, and the roof will be replaced. After signing the paperwork, they stated they did not have to replace the roof but would patch it. The unit had stained seats and high mileage on it, which made me start to wonder if it was used because of so many broken items on the inside. The onboard generator did not work, and they said to bring it back. That was nine weeks ago! Calling weekly for an update, but not a single call was returned until I had to dri... read more

Be fair warned... the place is a fraud. The moment they sell you something you are dead to them, and will get NOTHING but lip service from management and smoke & mirrors from the well trained folks at the counter. Good people working for a c*** organization still equals crap!! You've been warned!!

Twice now, they have sold my retired Mother water damaged Campers. The first was a Highwall popup. As 1st time RV buyers she did not know what to look for, so as it turned out, this unit had preexisting water damage, yet they happily sold it to **-CASH. Then a few months later, when the roof system failed and we took it in for service where, by their own admission, they had to take the roof off to replace the cables, they AGAIN failed to mention the water damage (we charged for the roof motor repair BTW).
