I wish I never did business with this company. I traded my pop up camper and purchased a travel trailer in the beginning of May 2023. I had to leave without my TT and return so the hitch could be installed on my vehicle another day. I was told I would get a phone call- never did. I called then had to take a half day out of work because they dont put hitches on after 3 yet after taking time out of work, the hitch was put on at 4:30pm. Now I wait for the registration.. I have made numerous phone calls requesting my registratio... read more

Although Camping World is not part of the BBB. I hope youre reading this before investing in anything from this company. Let me tell you our story. My husband purchased a motorhome from this company, its been three months and he still hasnt received it. This is a used motorhome. One that was in stock. They gladly took his hard earned money. But hasnt came through with any of their promises as of yet. lots of no return calls.. which as cause so much stress on our end. My experience with this company is below any expectations I have ever experienced.I purchased an R V mid April , and within 72 hours the ** V, flooded with water coming up from every hole, the plumbing was not correct was the cause. I allowed them the opportunity to fix the problem but the damage still exists.
