Camping world has not been good to us at all. We bought our toy hauler from them may of 2022 and we have used it a total of 5 times, we dropped it off in Sept of 2022 to have several major things fixed on it only to not get it back until June of 2023, to make matters worse when we get it back, we ended up with more problems them before. We use it one time and have nothing but issues the entire time. So we decided we are done, we either want an up grade or our money back. They are refusing to give us either. This is a review I posted on their ******** and they immediately took it down. My coworkers tv was stolen from there in June. They are being very strange about it. I really have concerns that this is a common practice at this location.I hear there have been customer's campers stolen from your lot while being worked on. Apparently 5 or 6 campers in just a short period of time. Why are you not placing these on secure lots instead of in the road next to your lot? These belong to your customers and you are allowing multiple camp... read more

Poor customer service. ********************** doesnt get back to you on issues you have with the ** they sell you. Maintenance manager doesnt follow through with saying h*** order the part himself. They charge you to mail keys they didnt give you when you bought the ** and they dont work so you paid for nothing. You leave him email messages and he doesnt get back to you. You call the business and they say someone will call you back and they dont. You spend thousands on an **, the company delivers the ** with out coordinating... read more

I purchased a brand new Pontoon Boat from Camping World in Tyler * when it was delivered to my ****** it was missing parts which would not allow me to use the boat properly. The cover was filthy * the floor surface was stained * the boat was missing items that were clearly represented on the advertisement. Now that don't communicate with me. This was a $50,000 purchase and I can't even get a call back from their management regarding these issues!
