Well well where do I start with this store? They refuse to give me my deposit back because I decided to pull out of the deal because of family reasons. They still wont refund me and I used my card to put a deposit down. They are stating they wont refund it because of prep fees which are NOT listed in the contract anywhere. The only way a deposit would be non refundable is if youre within 48 hours of them telling you that your trailer is ready. They are dishonest about prices, we went to pay cash for one of their campers they had posted on ********** for $5000 you would think it would be a pretty easy deal well I guess thats too much to ask for! Camping world charges $995 on top of every used camper they sell which they dont tell you about until you are sitting down to do paperwork. How hard would it be to post the camper for $5,995? No hidden fees and I would have bought the camper and maybe more from them but I guess its not about earning future business for them... read more

On August 5 I called the camping World ********* ** location to check about getting a repair, ******* informed me that the 1st available appointment was for August 14 at 9am. I called back and confirmed that if the appointment was still available, I would take it, she suggested that if I could get the Travel Trailer there by 4pm, on that day (Saturday) they could hold it there until the scheduled repair. I also requested the free roof inspection that Camping World offered me when I made the purchase of the Travel Trailer, I ... read more

I Just had a horrible experience with this Company. After 2 weeks of talking with *** out salesperson which was Great on 8/12/2023 we agreed on a deal to but a new RV. We drove in and checked it out, put down a 4K deposit, signed a rebate form from Thor and scheduled a closing for 8/15 and 1pm. On 8/14 I get a call from the finance department telling me what my payment would be so I explained to him we already had worked out a different deal with our salesperson, **** from finance and the Gm so he said ok he was not aware.
