I purchased a brand new Pontoon Boat from Camping World in Tyler * when it was delivered to my ****** it was missing parts which would not allow me to use the boat properly. The cover was filthy * the floor surface was stained * the boat was missing items that were clearly represented on the advertisement. Now that don't communicate with me. This was a $50,000 purchase and I can't even get a call back from their management regarding these issues!
Poor customer service. ********************** doesnt get back to you on issues you have with the ** they sell you. Maintenance manager doesnt follow through with saying h*** order the part himself. They charge you to mail keys they didnt give you when you bought the ** and they dont work so you paid for nothing. You leave him email messages and he doesnt get back to you. You call the business and they say someone will call you back and they dont. You spend thousands on an **, the company delivers the ** with out coordinating... read more
We purchased our travel trailer from this dealer and never again,we signed all paperwork and the financial person came to ** and stated that there was a mess up so we had too resign after that is when we left with our camper. We traveled 4 hrs too get home, we looked all over for the keys too our camper and they were no where's to be found,I called numerous times on that matter and about 6 weeks later we received keys in the mail... we didn't get our license plate until about 5 months after purchase... last but not least,we ... read more

Oh how I wish that I could leave a negative star rating. I honestly do not know where to begin with my lengthy list of complaints. Bottom line.consumers beware when doing business with Camping World to include their headquarters. They blatantly lie, making promises and guarantees they have no intention of keeping. There is a lot of miscommunication between staff even after I repeatedly clarified our need for specific repair work to be done. They had a camper listed at just under $12k. Contacted sales and set an appointment to view the camper which was 4 days away. They then made a deal with another buyer, without notifying me as they just wanted to get me on the lot to try and sell me something else.The deal with the other buyer fell through, so we are rescheduled for the same time and day.
