husband called on a camper Monday morning 4/10 at 930am talks to ***** on the phone asked if he could put a down payment on this camper to hold it until Tuesday afternoon 4/11.He said he couldnt do that okay thats fine, my husband told me to drive out there (47 miles) away to go look and then put a down payment on it, ***** showed me the camper. We purchased a 2018 Jayco White **** on 4/7/21. Within a few short months (i.e., ~3-4), we began experiencing structural/mechanical issues. One of which (e.g., rotted floor on the slide), given the extent, had to be present at the time purchase. Subsequently, the latter also wasn't identified during the 90-day **** when we transitioned the travel trailer to the Camping World *********, ** location to have the seals checked. The worse customer service known to man they have had my camper for over 8 months now and still have not started on it I bought it brand new and had it 3 weeks and it was leaking and got water damage on the inside and they have had it ever in since and was told it was my fault for buying that camper I should have looked better at it that was told to me by the manager of service so I do not recommend anyone to buy from camping world of ************ *********
