Kelly (a technician) & the management @ the Houghton Lake service center, saved our day. Long story short : come HERE instead of the Birch Run store!
They were very patient in dealing with my wants, they made sure we wanted the unit,and made sure to get it completed by the day I wanted it. Great place,great people from the front pf the house to the back, th3y were all awesome
