This company charges a $$$ fee for assessment, does not call you back when they say, or at all, until you call them first. They do not check for warranty replacement parts, and when pushed to do so, they continued to refuse, with no apologies. I waited for over a week, only got a call from them after I left a message requesting a call. They wanted to charge me almost $1000 for parts that are under warranty. Think twice before you call Campbell!

Great job by Kirk and Trey on the install. They were on time, did things as promised, and my wife and I were impressed with the cleanup they did. We definitely recommend working with the nice folks at Campbell.
RecommendedSemi-yearly maintenance. Mark was on time and performed all maintenance in an efficient and timely manner. A recommendation for a safety drain valve was made, which I will consider to be done at the fall maintenance visit.
It was very easy to get an appointment, the office staff was great sending out reminders, also letting us know when the technician would be on their way. The technician was wonderful. he was very polite, efficient and did a great job

Michael Godsey did a great job today at our rental house in Lynchburg. He serviced the HVAC unit, added an "EZ Trap" and cleaned the drain lines, all for a great price. Thank you Michael and Campbell Heating & Cooling!
