It was easy to schedule a service call for the very next day when my AC wasn’t working correctly. I received a text immediately confirming the time the technician would be here along with his name and picture which was a great safety measure. I received a text when he was en route which was about 2 minutes before the scheduled time... he was right on time! He was very knowledgeable and did what he had to do in about an hour and 15 min. They were great. Came right out. Fixed problem. Said it was minor and didn’t try to sell me anything extra.
Was on time prompt and found the problem fixed it and was done within an hr. Very polite and professional.
everytime I called Campbell they have been professional,I would not call anyone else. anytime you have a problem, and the president of the company called you back, you know you have a good company. They are big enough to delegate those calls to somebody else.
AC went down yesterday. We gave them a call and they were able to have a technician come today and diagnose and fix the problem. The technicians are very knowledgeable and they are quick to respond to any problems.
AC went out, they were able to squeeze me in to be seen this evening. TJ did an excellent job! He was efficient and knowledgeable. It didn’t take too long, I had my AC back on and running within 20 minutes. I’m very pleased with their service!
Campbell Heating & Cooling well actually I’m taking back what I said bc the reason we called somebody was bc water was leaking out and got told nothing was wrong with it and now I’m back to having water all in my basement from the unit. I came back from vacation with water on my floor which ruined a rug and a king size bed and mattress
