I’ve rented through Camp Verde Realty for over 6 years, and I’ve had a consistently great experience. Bridget and Mulysa have always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. They’ve taken excellent care of the property and have always treated me with respect and fairness. It’s rare to find a property management team that is this reliable and attentive. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done for me over the years. Highly recommend!
Melissa Guthrie was by far the worst thing about the Verde Valley and she was plenty far away from me over in camp verde. Dealing with her made me want to pluck my eyes out so i wouldnt get my hopes up after reading yet another email saying they would send a repair guy just for nobody to show up.
