Awful terrible experience, Refused to offer maintence while preventing us from doing it ourselves left us with a dangerous house and a leak in the roof. would not reccomend this place or muhlyssah
Lazy incompetent managment staff who will perpetually be 3 days late for every appointment they set themselves... Took them months to send out a repairman, to which they just assessed the problem and left without ever fixing something all other requests for repairs after that were left with radio silence. Absolutely miserable slum lord experience.
Handled our security deposit poorly, little to no communication throughout the entire lease, do not trust these people with your life.
Rented for them for 3 full years, they were nothing but kind and responsive, highly recommended.
