Took our camper there for repairs. It's been a long, tedious ordeal. They never called us with updates, we always had to call them to find out what was going on!! After 7 weeks they finally told us it was ready for pick, so we get there to pick it up but the paper work was not done yet, it wasn't washed yet. After keeping us waiting at least another hour they announce they've lost the keys. One big unorganized mess. Doubt we'll ever go back or recommend them to anyone!!!!

Just purchased our first travel trailer! I was super nervous. Everyone was wonderful. They went above and beyond. Starting with Keith our salesman, Jeff who showed us how everything on the camper worked and hooked it up to our car, Erica in financing and Phil in the parts and accessories Department. Thank you all so much!

Great buying experience with Mik, love our camper.
They tell you when they sell you a rig that they will come out and fix it if something goes wrong. They don't! Also, impossible to get them to call you back for service. We have a 2 year old trailer with slide-out not working. Can't even get help with that to bring in for repairs. Go somewhere else!

We are currently servicing your camper at our facility today. After speaking with our service manager, I believe he tried to assist you over the phone to manually get your slides in. You are correct that we are not able to send our service technicians out as we do not have a mobile service center that allows us to service you an hour away from our shop. We are happy that you found a way to get your camper to us. Please let us know personally if you have any other issues.
We just bought our 2016 Jayco in May. Our salesman was Clint and he did a amazing job! Campland walked us through the entire trailer and educated us on all the ins and outs of a new camper. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Helpful sales people, no high pressure pitches, loved our salesman Matt! Steered us to exactly what we wanted and more! 1 week later.... We are back to pick up our new camper! Larry was extremely helpful explaining all the pertinent items in the RV. Service technicians are friendly, helpful and professional.
