My husband Tom and I just closed and picked up our 2018 Grand Design Imagine February 19th. We were running late which put everyone behind but Clint was still very kind and Erica was very informative and patient with all our questions, Henry did an awesome job at showing us all the bells, toys and whistles and answered all of our questions. Phil in parts was so nice and staying over to let us spend our money which Tom won in the money booth which by the way was awesome! We bought a 2006 Salem bumper pull camper from Clint Leazenby at Camp-Land. It was a pleasant experience. From the negotiations, to prep and demo, to even the paperwork, the staff was friendly and thorough. Service made sure we understood all the functions of the unit, and that everything worked as it should. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Can't wait for our first trip. Huge thanks to Scott and the great people at Camp-Land RV! I never thought I could afford a camper until these helpful and knowledgeable people took the time to talk, explain and answer my every question. I have been taking this winter to get it set up for next year and all of the wonderful adventures I am going to have. We visited the Longmont location on 12/1/2017 and met with Francini D. The unit came in the prior day and was not sold (Desert Fox 27FS). We completed all the finance paperwork and have a fully executed Buyers Order (contract), Delivery ticket and gave them a deposit. We were waiting on 12/2/2017 for them to call us to finalize the rates, etc., only to receive a call around 4pm from Francini saying our unit was sold. They offered to get us another but it wouldn't be here till the summer. We feel they sold it to someone else ... read more
Desert Autuplex sold me and allowed me to drive off their lot in AZ. to my home in Colorado on tires 9 yrs old. I was told tires were a couple yrs old. I had to replace tires next day home, over $1, 000. Called service manager Kim.. She said she would get back to me NEVER HAPPENED. Then I called and requested to speak to person OVER Kim in service, I got Mike Royce (sp?) , let him know situation... Mike asked what "I" wanted... I told him I wanted "them" to pay for tires.
