My wife and I walked in to look at trailers. We walked around for almost an hour. Asked for a sales person at the desk to open a camper. After 25 minutes waiting at camper we left cuase no one came. Horrible horrible costumer service....

Amazing service and Staff. AC broke they took care of everything in 4 hrs even tho they had a lot on their plates .
Incredible family oriented business. You can just tell that they really care about the customers they serve.
All I can say is if you plan on buying camper make sure you bring your own tools in case you need to flip your ball after I bought camper wanted ten dollors to borrow wrench I would of done it out of common courtesy also watered up system asked to blow out they blew it back out but said they would have to charge money to winterize will never buy from them again

In explanation to one of your complaints above...It is Camp-Land's policy to put water in your RV during your demo to show you how your RV works. If this happens during the summer, we do not re-winterize your RV. If you purchase in the fall (Oct 20th or later), we re-winterize your RV at no charge to you because cold weather is upon us. Most of our customers use their RVs in the summer or early fall, so winterization is not needed at the time of demo.

Tried to buy my 4th RV from them and deal didn't go through so I bought it somewhere else. Wipers quit working so I called them to see if I could have them check it because of the major safety concern. I didn't want to drive it back to far away dealer. I was told that because I didn't buy it there they wouldn't look at it until Winter!!!!! No one is that busy. They lost a good customer who referred a lot of business their way. Never going back!

Priority Service has been our policy for our customers and it is something you have probably appreciated in the past. We are very busy because we are so committed to our customers. We apologize for your inconvenience and we're willing to look at your RV in the winter, should you change your mind.
Walked right in no..... Hey how you doing, is there anything I can help you with or guide you to? Then when we did ask someone for a price, after looking at rvs by ourselves, we were told "yah hold on" and the salesman turned and went to someone else. There were plenty of salesman standing around!!!!! We would have been first time buyers, but not now and not there.

We apologize that you did not have a pleasant experience with us today. Our greeter must have missed you upon your arrival. As for our salesmen, they often have more than one customer at a time during the camping season and I am certain he would have gotten right back to you with a price. All of our RV'S are unlocked on Saturdays so that you may browse them yourself and not have to wait for a salesman. Thank you for your feedback. We will work to improve our process.
