RecommendedI bought a replacement cooling unit for my refrigerator and Desert RV was listed as an installer. They installed it a couple of days ago, and worked on several other items that needed attention. Not only was the work excellent, the price was so reasonable, I had to ask twice if he was sure. It’s rare these days to get excellent work, especially at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for anything my motorhome needed.

Start by giving me the service when I bought the RV. The oasis system didn’t work, and here I am, two months later....still doesn’t work. Never got the remote for the fireplace since we bought it, nor the replacement for stove knobs, or seal for the door. Been promised this stuff for two months. RecommendedOur A/C just wasn't cooling our RV. These guys fit us in the SAME day, helped us determine the problem, and were on time, professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly! We most definitely will call them when the next issue with our RV arises, AND we recommend them to anyone and everyone who has any RV needs! Thank you, Loren and Mason!!!!! :)
I purchased a 2015 cabover camper from them. The sales guy was great. Their service and more importantly parts department not so much. They don't return calls, and make decisions about tie downs without consulting you. The camper came with Torque Lift tie downs and they agreed to purchase the adapters for my truck and odelivery day they installed a tie down not compatible with what came with the camper.

RecommendedSo far a good experience Tim was very professional and helpful in our buying decisions.
They have the worst service dept. RV has been there since October for warranty work and it was there for 6 weeks between August and Sept. and as of day still not done and have not seen it since Oct. 4 phones calls and no one has called us back. It’s the same story we are really busy we brought the RV from you in March and you would think by now we would have these items fix. Please stay away from them I know all RV dealer have terrible service dept but this is the worst.
