This provide called me a liar when I related the details of my ER visit. I've been dealing with colitis for over 30 years. She was very condescending and rude. Told me my medical from 31 years ago was irrelevant today.

This is my second colonoscopy in 20 years due to a bad experience the first time. Besides this pristine facility, Dr. Mcgaw has a great bedside manner and explained everything. The worst part was the prep, before the procedure, which I completely failed at, and have to try the procedure again. The doctor and staff were very respectful and explained, "It happens all the time. Do not worry." This time I will make sure to follow the prep instructions exactly! I suggest everyone should. Update: Final colonoscopy...SUCCESS!
