Been here 1.5 years and have had very few issues. Reading the reviews, sounds like the old manager was not empathetic and only in it for getting the lease signed. Not the case anymore. Just wish you guys would lease out the 2 big retail businesses that have been vacant since I lived here. We need a coffee shop in this part of Uptown. Starbucks or DD isn't close enough. I love living here! It’s quiet and safe. The front office staff is stellar and so friendly. Any request for maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. And if it isn’t to your standard as a resident, then they make it so it is.
