Truly appreciate this apartment complex. So quiet, clean and serene. The ladies in the front office do an awesome job and so does the maintenance men. I always make sure to say hello when i see them outside. It really is one big family here. My neighbors are great, also! Now, I'm just waiting patiently for the pool to open! That is where you'll be able to find me and my two children at all summer! :)
I’ve been living here for 3 years and I’ve never been more satisfied with how things are being ran here.. all staff are very nice and prompt wen it comes to handling things..keep up the good work ��
Truly one of the better apartment complexes on the East side. Residence stands out in the neighborhood as a great option with low rates, extremely helpful staff and a quiet environment. Rapid turnaround on maintenance requests and plenty of notice of any need to check smoke alarms and filters. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for something simple, affordable and hassle free.

Great place to live! My Mom and I have been residents for 2 years, I will sadly be moving on to a new location on my own, but my mother will continue to enjoy her experience at Waterstone. The Staff is great, they speak to us (by name) when they see us out, and took the time to explain any questions we had. Maintenance was on top of the couple minor requests we've had in the past. We haven't had any issues with our stay or our surroundings, and very glad to have gotten to know these friendly people because you don't get that... read more

Great quiet place to reside. The apartment staff is very professional. The apartments are well maintained and serviced. Every month there activities for the residents. All in all a nice place to leave.
