Ok so I haven’t lived here but I just want to say that the mice infestation reviews and lack of AC reviews has already turned me off. The 2nd thing is that the apartments have been renovated and it’s not reflected on the facebook page. If you can’t upgrade pictures on a freaking facebook account, I definitely don’t think you can handle maintenance requests. It’s all about perception. They don’t even respond to the reviews. At least let people know that you are working diligently to resolve the issues that appear to be common... read more

Overpriced units, poor management and maintenance.
After being at work all day Friday, my fiancé came home at 3pm to our ac blowing out hot air and our thermostat reading 84 degrees, after calling the office they told us their maintenance guys leave at 5. (So nothing was done) And now sitting here today in an over 80 degree apartment with a dog and 1 year old child and was told they didn't know if "emergency maintenance" would be able to fix it today.
