After living with Camden for three years and at Shadow Brook for two years I can say this is the best onsite ever. I work in property management so usually I am hyper critical of where I live. I have never enjoyed it more. The dog park is clean and well kept, the grounds are always nice and the gym rocks. Sad we are living but we bought a house. Alex is the best leading assistant we have worked with ever. Very friendly and looks like she's be a pretty awesome person in general. Live here, you'll love it.
I lived at Camden Shadow Brook for 4 years! The only reason I left was for a job promotion. Staff and maintenance were prompt and very personable at the same time. Love the vaulted ceilings on the 2nd floor apartments! Awesome dog park for my furry four legged son as well! I would highly recommend Shadow Brook!
I moved into Camden Shadow Brook in June and I can't be more thrilled with my experience. The pricing is perfect and we love our closet that is under the stair way- it's HUGE! The staff has always been very friendly, even to my yappy pups. The maintenance team is always out and about and they always say hello, I love that! I have only put 2 service requests in, but they were both completed the next day! It's a beautiful neighborhood, dog friendly, and all of the staff are right on top of stuff
I honestly can't wait to move out. I would do it sooner but sadly I don't have 1000 dollars to just throw away. Not that I don't do that every month paying rent for my one bedroom not anywhere near worth all the trouble I go through daily. All I want is to sleep past 6:30am, why can't I do this? Because traffic is so loud right next to my bedroom it makes it impossible to sleep. Even with earplugs.
The apartments are really nice. Only a few complaints here. 1. Wish there were storage closets or a coat closeT and that that walls weren't thinner than paper. Someone stOle my bike recently :( I've been scraping together what little money we have to get a bike and was saving for a stroller I could attach to the bike so I could ride around with my kids.
