RecommendedThe people are wonderful and very responsive to needs. I am sure the handicap parking will be resolved by end of day tomorrow, if not by Monday. I suggested they put another handicap parking sign, as my ability to get around is deteriorating on a regular basis due to severe rotary scoliosis.
As a first time apartment leaser, I am so beyond happy with my apartment and the amazing people in the front office! I was definitely nervous and anxious when my sister and I decided to get our own place; as soon as we met Julie, she has been the best! From touring the apartments, to applying, to moving in, and even now, 3 months into my lease, when I have questions or need help she is always ready with answers! I just moved into Shadow Brook a few days ago and my experience has been amazing! I was late arriving to the apartment on my move in date. The office was going to be closed when I arrived. I called and spoke to one of the staff members there Shawntea. She stayed late and made sure I would get everything I needed in order to move in. The staff here is so nice and helpful.
I usually don't give a top rating to any apartment complex, but the Camden Shadow Brook staff have gone above and beyond their service. Shawnty helped us through the application process and continued to check in with us before our move in date. Special thanks to the make ready technician Ryan Moscorro! I did not have to take out my cleaning supplies and do any cleaning touch ups. Thank you again, I'm looking forward living here and enjoying the staffs hospitality and the property.
I love it here. We moved in this past weekend. Shawnty was amazing from the beginning. She answered all of our questions, showed us nothing but kindness when we toured the property and continues to do so as we are residents now. A member of the maintenance team, Ryan, has been helpful as well. Thank you Camden Shadow Brooks.
Best maintenance team ever. not only can they fix anything and everything but they kill bugs too. Always so sweet to see miss Tina around the complex!
