I have had a great experience living in Camden since 2009. I'm super grateful for how quickly and accurately the maintenance staff takes care of issues. I especially appreciate how courteous and professional everyone is. Special shout-out to Will. He's awesome and he always does great work!
Made a maintenance request for a couple things and literally 15minutes later a gentleman named Will came to our door and took care of all the maintenance request in no time. Very professional, very pleased with the service.
Overall good experience. Unit was clean s and Campus is always clean. STAFF= also was great and friendly. Assistant Manager was great, Leasing Consultants Connor was great Eliel was also respectfulhe is good at his job ! Not a fan of their lease termination policy. Two months rent is extreme for a break. most places I have lived at charge only 1 1/2 months for a lease break That is the only reason for this rating. Was offered a better opportunity for school and decided to take it..
CRP Apartments in Brandon -- I moved into a 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment and lived there for 1 year in Brandon. That I only stayed for one year does not bear on how well the experience renting with them went - I moved in after a divorce and other reasons. The management staff was the best we've ever experienced, and I am a very experienced renters: over 12 years i have have been a renter in 8 different local venues. I know excellence when I see it. A gentlemen named (Will) just came to my door and took care of everything. He got here lightning fast. Amazing service! Very happy!
Beware - if there are noise issues at night, your only option is to call the police. I'm sitting in my upstairs apartment at 2 in the morning while the neighbors are throwing a huge party. I tried to sleep through it, but keep getting woken up. I called the main line and reached a woman at the corporate call center who told me there's no one from our community on call at night and that I would need to call the police. Our living situation was great up until mid-August. We had neighbors move in above us and since then, there has been constant body slamming starting at ~6:30am daily. We have since been in touch with the leasing office. Update 12/11/2017: Since this post and after discussions with our property manager, the problem was resolved. The leasing office and property manager went above and beyond to ensure our experience at Camden Royal Palms was exceptional.
