RecommendedThis apartment complex has excellent maintenance and front desk staff. I have lived here for the last four years with peace of mind as a result of good customer service . In addition to spacious apartments, the amenities are well maintained. (Pool and gym). The front gate works and they have recently added the "Chirp" app for added convenience. Love this place, you cant put a price on peace of mind.

We moved to Camden Royal Palms in 2017. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean it was. Every single employee was very warm and welcoming. We moved in sight unseen and worried the whole drive down from NH as to what we would get upon arrival. We enjoyed our time spent at Camden as well as all the employees. When we went in to give our notice that we were moving (because we had bought our own home) they were very happy for us. I would definitely recommend renting at Camden. I just renewed my lease and am very happy to call Camden Royal Palms my home. From the first time I came here, I have always felt comfortable. Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is awesome should you need something done. They are competent and friendly. I like the layout of the Kentia model, it feels very spacious. I love sitting out on my balcony looking at the water and listening to the fountain. I feel like I'm at one of my Disney Vacation Club resorts!
Amazing place to live! The staff is warm and helpful! While in quarantine I put in a work order for an air filter and they put it by my door with a goodie back with hand sanitizer in it with other essential items! After searching for "home" for the last few years I met Laura In the Camden Royal Palms office. She made me feel so comfortable with everything from my choice of apartment, the application process, to the day I moved in. From everyone in the office to David, Jesus and the entire maintenance team, I have been made to feel welcomed and cared for.
